review 1: 3.5 starsThis book was one of the first freebies I ever got and I can't even remember from where!!! I hadn't read the blurb so I was a bit confused about who was the heroine but I figured it out in chapter 2. This was a nice read ,I enjoyed reading it. This a case of mistaken identity , I'm not big fan of those and I was hoping it would be solved soon and it didn't ! But how and when it was solved it worked very well with the story.
review 2: I read this a week ago and I've already forgotten about it. The book had potential but it's simply hard to disguise poor writing. She was fickle in the worst way - boring and annoying. Jake is a nice guy and I have no idea what he sees in her or why he had the patience for her. Was it just because she was hot? Probably, because there is nothing charming about Maddy or her family. less

Nothing new, nothing to make it shine. But, at least, it was OK. A good-light story.
