review 1: It was good enough to keep my attention but I had issues with the book. I just cringe when during a sex scene there is mention of the female's moist heat. For the love of god come up with something better than that line.For the story line, I felt there was a lot left unexplained such as why the killer was sending things to Trevor. I felt like there was a hint of something else but it was never explained. The motive behind the killings was a bit murky as well. Rain is TSTL quite a few times as well as Trevor gaffs such as leaving Rain alone when she is to be protected.
review 2: Nothing like a nice little romantic suspense, crime thriller mystery to side-track you from your already packed reading list. I'm always up to reading a good crime mystery book when one... more sneaks up on me... and this one certainly did.Typical crime mystery formula with the usual romance and character types. Enjoyable and intriguing enough that it caught my interest from chapter one despite being knee-deep in books right now. A good book for a rainy day. less
