review 1: The book I'm currently reading is called Quarantine The Saints. It is the second book in the series. In this book a plague has broken out across the United States infecting all the teenagers and killing everyone over the age of 18. A school in Colorado were the first ones to be infected and are trapped inside by the government and has to fend for themselves and created gangs. A boy named Will has lost his older brother to one of the gangs and has formed his own out of all the misfits that haven't been claimed by a gang. It all going great when suddenly the gang breaks apart and Will is left alone without a gang to fight with. But his luck has changed when a new group of kids break into the school called the Saint's. But Will soon finds out the leader of the group is absces... moresed with Will and cant be without him. Things go up and down for Will in this book and the kids discover something they've never known which will change everyone. Read this book to find out more.
review 2: I didn't like this book as much as the first in the series, there was a bit too much unnecessary violence (really with the pig?!) and some of the characters are just completely different from the persona established in the first in the series. I did like the happier times in the this book, where the kids from the different groups were able to hang out, especially since the parents seemed to be taking care of them so well that I thought it was much more realistic than to have them still trying to kill each other over cans of beans. Even though this wasn't as strong of story as the first one I still look forward to the next in the series. less
