review 1: Although I'm not a big fan of humour in my paranormal romance, the books in this series make up for the humour that I felt was a bit much. After reading the 1st 2 books I couldn't wait to get into this one. Again the Dhalvanni are worth wishing that there really were demons around. Beck brings something completely different to the series & with Conall as the leaders of the Dhalvanni, it's no wonder they do such a good job. It is so easy to see a long series continuing and I can't wait for another installment. I don't like writing reviews that include facts on the story in case I accidently give something away which makes it difficult but if you enjoy a story that has a fairly serious story line that is tempered with humour, this is a great series.
review 2: We ... moremet Beck and Conall in Demon Hunting in the Deep South (Demon Hunting, #2) and could already tell there would be fireworks between these two if they didn't kill each other first. I was a little worried when the book started off with a zombie normally I hates zombies but I kinda ended up liking this one. Conall is used to being in charge so he needed a strong woman to balance him and the role of steel magnolia had already been taken by Addy’s mom Bitsy. I was pleasantly surprised by Beck she was strong and soft at the same time and I ended up liking her a whole lot. There were a lot of unanswered questions at the end and I guess we just have to wait to see what Ms. George comes up with next. less
