review 1: Out of the Colorado Creeds this is the one I most looked forward to. While I did love Brody and Carolyn, like I thought I would, the mistakes annoyed me. Ms. Miller seems to forget what is going on sometimes. It has happened in several of her books. Little things like getting into a car that shouldn't be there or an example from this book placing a hat on a saddle horn then it magically appears back on a head to be placed on a pile then it was supposedly left in a truck before the ride even began. I still give it 4 stars because I love the characters and the story but I think the editors and random pre-readers and Miller herself should be able to catch these obvious slips in the manuscripts.
review 2: This is the first romance I've read in years, that being sai... mored, I'm pretty sure that this one belongs in the middle of a series. Based on the number of happy couples in the book, I would guess that there are at least two, if not three other books before this one. I didn't find anything remarkable about this story, but it did what i think a romance is meant to do, it entertained me. The next time I get an urge to read a romance, I'll check out the other books by this author. less
