review 1: Sometimes the title and the cover of a book will hook me, and that's what happened with this one. I picked this up without even reading the blurb to find out what it was about. For some reason, it's harder for me to relate to books where the MC is a girl, but I liked Payton right away and was drawn into the situations she faced with her dad's illness and her developing attraction to Sean. There were a lot of girly elements, which is to be expected in a book about a girl, but they didn't dominate the story. It ended exactly as I thought it would, but it was still an enjoyable read.
review 2: When I first picked this book up I thought it was a strange title which made me interested. This book is about a girl named Payton who finds out that her father has M.S. Pay
... moreton's counselor suggest she find an object to focus on. Payton decides that her object will be the back of Sean Griswol's head. As I read this book I became more interested in Payton, Sean, and Payton relationship with her father. The only thing that bothered me was how she treated her parents after finding out their secret. Overall I really enjoyed the book. less
