review 1: I bought a signed copy of this book from Waterstones in Truro a couple of weeks ago, as I loved The Cornish House (which I have to admit, I mostly only bought because I fell in love with the cover, due to it looking just like the back of our Cornish house). A Cornish Affair was yet another very enjoyable book by Liz Fenwick. Love, mystery, history, treasure & Cornwall make a great combination for a successful story. I will definitely be reading more by Liz in the future.
review 2: Fantastic read, lovely intriguing story that kept you hooked from the very start. Only annoying thing was work got in the way of finishing it as quickly as I wanted too! Liz makes Cornwall come alive off the page and you really feel you are walking through "Pengarrock", standing on t
... morehe terrace, smelling the barbecue whilst soaking up the atmosphere of splendid scenery. Jude's on her journey to self discovery and you feel empathy for the life she has lived to please others, something most people can relate too, enjoyed it so much now seeking the other Cornish stories by Liz Fenwick. less

Couldn't finish it. It was too predictable and slow moving for me.
