review 1: Get a fan, water hose, or fire extinguisher. You will need it. This book is smoking hot. Take a hot firefighter and a sexy nurse and shake them up. You get Cara and Able. They both have a tendency to not choose the right partner in life and both have been burned. They try to stay away from each other, but they just can't deny that feeling. There are some moments when you want to slap them up the side of the head, but they figure it out. Angst is part of this book as well as steamy, hot sex. You will not want to put this book down. This is the second book of a series, but I didn't read the first one and fell into the storyline just fine. I feel that you can read this as a stand alone. No cliffhanger. Dual point of view.
review 2: I got this book for... more free on amazon but it is back to $2.99. Cara is very attracted to the brother of her best friend's boyfriend, Abel. He is a bad boy with tattoos - just her kind of man but she is determined to change. those guys always hurt her. But after months and months, she cannot resist him any longer. They are made for each other until something happens.I liked this book. Cara and Abel are a cute couple. He doesn't want to be lovey dovey but he is. less
