review 1: We liked this book a lot! We thought it was great because Otis had a really good friend. In the beginning, he didn't have a friend, then the farmer put a calf in the stall next to Otis. The calf was really sad because he was missing his mother. Then Otis's sound made the calf feel better and fall fast asleep. We liked it because in the end Otis was the only one who could get the calf out of the mud. We also think that this book taught a lot of great lessons. The most important lesson we learned was to not leave people out. This really was a great book to read as a class!
