review 1: I read this book a few weeks ago when it was submitted for review, but let me tell you, it is so good I just read it again! There are so many different elements to this book, and so many twists and turns that leave you speechless! Lynn Kelling is such a good author that even with so much going on, you never once get confused while reading this book! Dixon and Jaye are both broken and need each other more than they know. The journey these two remarkable men take to true love will make you cry, laugh, and get mad at the world, but it will not once make you regret reading this book! This is a keeper! Thanks Lynn, for one that I will re-read over and over!
review 2: 4.5 starsWow. I've never wanted so much for two broken men to just not be broken. I loved Dixon and
... moreJaye, even when I hated what they were doing to themselves. So tragic, and dark, Lynn Kelling is not afraid to show true victimization - imperfect, pained characters battling through the worst to get to the best of each other. Not your conventional love story, but so well written and thought provoking. If you're looking for pretty, this isn't it. If you want dark, gritty, painful, honest and real with a side of "I love you for exactly who you are", topped with some BDSM, then give this a go. Not an easy read by any means, but so glad that in the end, love does shine through. In this case I think I needed their HEA as much as Dixon and Jaye did. less

Great book. I didn't want to put it down and my housework suffered. Loved Jaye and Dixon!
