review 1: Hardly great lit, but a fun, quick read nevertheless. Set over a 3 day wedding weekend and a voyeuristic peek into the lives of the bride's family, mostly from perspective of father of the bride. He really is quite awful, I kept waiting for him to be redeemed somehow, but nope. All the characters were mostly pretty one-dimensional come yo think of it. And some of the writing was a bit trite. But overall an easy and not entirely unenjoyable read.
