review 2: This was the book I was looking for. I like cowboy stories. I like stories where someone gets their comeuppance. This had all that and was a short story to break the long books ... moreI usually read. Dr Laura, the local vet, is ticked off. The hotshot rich guy of the area bought a horse she wanted. He blackmails her to visit his ranch to work for the weekend. There are spoilers over their lives and their pasts. I liked this book. Most billionaire stories seem false to me. I liked how this plot was really workable. If you like ranching and vet work then you should try this read. It is an Adult story so plan accordingly. I hope you enjoy it!
