review 1: I am currently 1/2 way through the book and I am enjoying the strength of the female character. There is some very good dialogue. I am a budding writer and have to admit I am a few book into things and just now do I think I can appreciate the difficulty of concistently matching character and dialogue so as to keep the reader actively engaged in the story line. Margaret Daley does this well and it, of course, makes for a smooth and enjoyable read. Much to my love and interests the heroine is an ex-military soldier who is currently working as a civilian body guard in the Colorado mountains. Enter the charming eclectic international scientist. Who unknown to himself is actually love starved :-) Whemm!! enjoy Rory Church
review 2: Really enjoyed the suspense in... more this book, I didn't know who the villian was until the reveal. It was really fun trying to figure it out though. There was some special humor in this book as well, such as the scene where Ellie and Colt meet. I also loved the character of Winnie, she's a spunky seventy plus year old. (A woman after my own heart). Looking forward to reading more by Margaret Daley. Blessings, Susan Fryman less
