review 1: Another fab read that follows Lt. Sam Holland in the Metropolitan Police Dept. in D.C. when the wife of the White House Chief of Staff is found murdered and her one-year-old daughter is missing.How sam solves the crimes and finds the big guns behind the deed captures the reader from page one and doesn't let go until the last page. Or maybe not even then!I love these characters, including Nick, her Senator husband and even Avery Hill, the FBI agent who can't get Sam out of his mind, even though he knows she isn't interested in him. Am hoping this series goes on forever.
review 2: LOVED this book! Hard to believe, but each book gets better and better. I found myself laughing several times during this book. It's so amazing because it has a little of everything...h... moreumor, romance, mystery and it's woven together perfectly. I am sad that I only have 2 more books in this series. This is one of the best series I have ever read. Love, love, love following Sam and Nick through life. less
