review 1: 5 'Oh well, you know what they say Sweets. Neurotic is the new black' stars.I loved this series and what's better than an awesome mm series with fantastic characters and hot scenes, weddings and ex's banter. Adding a baby into the mix that's what. Cole and Jon's desire to adopt a baby is followed in this book and we see the importance of family, friendship, forgiveness and unconditional love.Jon and Cole are probably my favourite couple of the series so I was so happy getting another book with them, loved the emails from Cole to Jared and his last one to Jared was sooooo sweet :)
review 2: This might actually be my favourite of the Coda Series. A follow-up with more of Cole and Jon's story as husbands, this is moving away from the capital R Romance territory th... moree series started with, but it makes it more lovely and real. Cole wants a child and they make moves towards adopting, but the journey is far from easy. Along the way, Jon's dad shows how much he's changed from being the person who rejected his gay son, and Cole makes up with his estranged mother, and they learn some things about what it really means to love and be parents. Yes, the romance between 2 side characters is a bit forced, but I thought it was sweet anyway. less
