review 1: After finishing Cress I just needed more of Marissa Meyer’s beautiful stories. I was happily surprised to find out about her novellas and the first one didn’t disappoint me! It was nice to read more about Cinder’s past and how she ended up at Adri’s. I also loved to read more about Peony, she is such a sweet and funny character. Even though this was just a short story, I was dragged into it immediately, thanks to Meyer’s amazing writing. Will definitely be reading the other novellas!
review 2: This was a really cool read! We see Cinder arriving into her new family and how she was trying to figure herself out a little bit. I love how she fixes Iko and she is so happy that she found her talent. We get more of Peony! I love her! I like that there is not
... moretwo mean step sisters in this series makes more compelling and intriguing to read. This is the story of how Cinder, an android get her new family after an accident took away hers, along with her leg, hand and memories. Great prequel. If you are like me and are not so sure about Cinder, read it and I am sure you will make up your mind in an instant. less

It was nice to get a look at Cinder as a child when she first came to be with the Linhs.
