review 1: 3 1/2 of 5 stars. I like Bittman and the way he streamlines the cooking process. I find cooking on a daily basis to be very difficult and I like that he seems to understand that. How to Cook Everything Fast is a wellspring of recipes advice and cooking techniques. My issue with it is that it's over 1000 pages. I think this would be a great ebook to have, you could refer to the recipes on your phone at the store, or just bring your reader into the kitchen with you.
