review 1: I very much enjoyed this novel. First, it provided a realistic portrayal of what it takes to publish a book or, if you can't find an agent or publisher, what you have to do to self-publish it and get it read by the public. Second, I was very drawn to the story lines of Lucy and Ruth. Some very sad things happen but these two characters ultimately put themselves out there, owned up to their mistakes and took risks. The love story for Ruth, the older character, was an interesting exploration for me as not much is written (or maybe it is because I haven't read many stories) about senior citizens feeling lust and finding love. For me, when I truly love a story, I find I want to be a part of the world I just spent time in. And that is how I felt after reading this ... morebook.
review 2: I read so many book that rarely do I write a review. However this book touched me in so many ways. maybe because i have always wanted to both write a book and open a book store. I could identify with the two main characters in such a way that I wanted to get in my car and drive to the book store to meet them. Anyone who loves to read or has ever dreamed of writing a book will absolutely fall in love with this story. Enjoy!! less

Even though it was a little predictable, I enjoyed this story.
