review 1: Evan Reese has had his eye on Celia Taylor for months. When the opportunity finally presents itself for her to pitch her vision for the advertising business of his multibillion dollar sportswear line, he sees a way to get back at his ex, placate his mother and spend time with the beautiful Celia - she agrees to accompany him to his brothers wedding on Catalina Island. His brother just happens to be marrying his ex-fiance. Celia can't believe its finally happening that Evan is ready to hear her ideas. She has planned for this day for weeks. When he suggests a change of venue, she reluctantly agrees knowing her aiding him in his ruse, will ultimately give her an opportunity to have his undivided attention and hopefully gain his business but she was hoping the cost wasn't her... more reputation.Evan was a dreamy guy that every woman wanted and Celia was no different. Once they got together he is quite pushy but I guess that is to be expected given his position of power. I do love her brothers and how they rally around her.
review 2: I feel like I'm reading an unfinished story. Evan needs a girl to be his fiancée. As soon as possible. And there is Celia. Evan's been fond of her since 6 months ago and when the time come, he asked her to be his pretending fiancée. She said yes. Because apparently she held the same feeling towards Evan. But what will happen when everything fall apart? Again, I feel like this story didn't finish. Mostly from Evan's family part. I wish there's another story of Evan's brother. Because I need to read his downfall. Not that I hate him, I just don't like the fact that he's always snatch everything that Evan take fancy of. And who the hell who leaked Celia and Evan's story to newspaper? Seriously? I hate when the author left the problem unsolved. I love Celia's family! What a nice little family, surrounded by testosterone! ;) Not exactly my favorite, but I still enjoyed reading it. Typical dish of Maya Banks. less

Pretty good story, I wish the ending had a bit more detail to it though.

It's good but somehow I find it a bit predictable.
