review 1: This was a fun book, filled with some very hot stories. At the heart of each story is a woman with issues. The first one a woman, who has loved a man for years, but he won't give her the time of day. The next 2, about women who have had men cheat on them. The last about a woman who is used to men only looking as far as her appearance and not getting to know the heart of her. All in all they were a good read.
review 2: The short stories didn't allow as much character development as I'd would've liked. But still enjoyable. Reckless, by Maya Banks: Simple story, but with the intense feelings one expects from Maya Banks.Color My Heart, by Red Garnier: Red Garnier's a new author to me, but she's someone to watch out for. The story hung on sheer stubborness by t
... morehe heroes, which I didn't like, but the rest was good.Lady Sings the Blues, by Mallery Malone: I enjoyed the way the obstacles that could have stopped this couple didn't (interracial problems, his blindness) and instead, they had their own issues (mainly, her fear). Sweet and intense. Heat of the Moment, by Elle Kennedy: i liked the stupid way people sabatoge themselves, and the way the couple gets over it, in this story. Sweet and cute! less
