review 1: I really enjoyed the actual story. Emma is a bit of a smart ass, and I can definitely appreciate that! I also enjoyed the way the author touched on the way women tend to view themselves based on what society deems fashionable vs reality. She is not pale and willowy, so because she doesn't fit into that fashion, she thinks she isn't as beautiful as she is. I laughed my butt off through a good portion of the book because the exchanges between Emma and Blake are wonderful.
