review 1: Started off fine, then the main character, Juliana, became a hot mess. I felt like slapping her and actually yelled, "Jesus EFFING Christ SHUT UP!" at my iPad. Book would have been better if that woman actually listened instead of talked so much. For a quasi-secret gossip columnist, you'd think she'd listen more instead of running off at the mouth so damn much. (ugh, sorry, but she ticked me off.)
review 2: A Lady of Distinction, Lady Julianna Somerset has a nose for gossip no matter what it was she wanted to be the first to report it. This one time she skips all pretense of verifying and when straight to reporting. This brings trouble to her door step in the for of one Lord Simon Roxbury.Together the two make an even bigger scandal.
