review 1: Another example of a situation where if two people talked.............but, we wouldn't have anything to read if they talked from the beginning and didn't fight each other. Their story starts when Linda's young and Nic is a ranch hand. She falls in love with him and he's in love with her but, because it's her Father's ranch he can't make a play for her. She returns to the ranch after a few years of being away because her useless boyfriend literally steals everything that was his or hers and took off. Which is another part of the story.....very interesting twist. They circle each other for days then weeks until something finally breaks their silence. And we can't forget the fudge factor.....there is another twist. Great and fun story.
review 2: 2.5 stars…... more.While this was a pretty hot short read…..I have to say it really did nothing for me, while I understand that this is a short story, there was just not enough character development on Linda and Nic to connect with either character, I could have cared less if they had a HEA or a Happy for Now….I think a little more information or insight to both the characters would have made a huge difference. That aside, it was well written and as I said pretty hot but for me that is all that it had going for it. less
