review 1: Enjoyable read. Fun plot. Anna used to be large and endlessly made fun of by her peers. When she got older, she slimmed up. She goes to her high school reunion and no one recognizes her, including James, the guy who tortured her the worst in school. Ana and James end up having to do a job together, still with James not knowing who she is, and it goes from there. The characters had good banter back and forth between them throughout the book. Just like in McFarlane's previous book, there were some British phrases and references that I didn't know, me being American, but it didn't matter. I liked the story.
review 2: Loved this book, I havnt read in awhile and this book got me through the past two boring days in work. I have to admit i did laugh out loud a
... more few times and I fell instantly in love with some of the characters as it reminded me of some of my friends. I never really write a review (because i dont think i can :p english was never my strongest subject in school) but i thought this book deserved one. There was some moments i thought the book was dragged out and i lost focus for awhile thats why i gave it four stars but it is still worth the read :) less
