review 1: I got a complimentary copy as a first reads giveaway. This was a very cute, sweet (maybe a bit overly sweet) Christmas romance novel. However, there are only two weeks until Christmas so that is exactly what I was looking for. I found myself easily attached to the characters and the story was completely believable. I was a little surprised to find the religious aspect but I felt it was nicely done. A very nice Christmas story.
review 2: I won this book in a First Reads by Goodreads contest. I had never read this author before and I've never been much of a Christmas book reader, but I really liked this book. I enjoyed it from the start. I liked the characters and I really liked how the author handled the Christian aspect of the book. It fit naturally into th... moree character's lives and helped Nick resolve his problems. It was a sweet story and I look forward to reading more books by Mia Ross. less
