review 1: I have a dry sense of humor so this was right up my alley. BORED. I know I said it all the time when I was a kid. I know I said it yesterday. But as this little digital girl proves there is no reason anyone should ever be bored. Unless you are a potato. Or a flamingo. I love that the more frustrated she becomes the thicker her eyebrows get, until she explodes with a Peanut-esque string of proof that kids are not boring at all. I loved the pictures where she is flying out in space and the potato is just a tiny speck on the earth and he still says - boring.
review 2: This is the story of a little girl who is bored and is looking for something to do. She comes across a potato, but then he gets bored! She shows him all of the great things that kids can do, and
... more he still isn’t impressed. She leaves, and he meets a flamingo. He thinks that now they will have some fun, but the flamingo is bored! Kids will love the repetition of this book, and it would be a great one for dialogic reading. It’s pretty short, and the pictures are funny. less

It's hard not to love a book where a girl tries to convince a potato she's not boring.
