review 1: Review of the book: OMG THAT WAS AMAZING!Review of the whole Riyria Revelations: Winter is starting, days are getting shorter and colder. This time of year, what is better than curling up on the couch for a few hours with a good book. And what better kind of book than one that brings you to a fantastic other world in which you can get lost completely? What better kind of book than one that introduces you to some wonderful characters? And what better kind of book than one that is part of a series that you can read back to back, spending weeks immersed in a whole new world?I feel genuinely sad that this has ended.
review 2: Ok, I have literally just finished reading this and I might be a little bit emotional but OH. MY. GOD!!!!This whole series has been great but... more that finale was just amazing! I mean I've been looking for a really good fantasy with strong characters, a solid plot and world, something to whisk me away and immerse me in a tale of princesses and thieves, elves and goblins and a fight to save the entire world and here it is!All gushing aside, this is a wonderfully written series whose characters and places will stay with me long after I flipped the last page and sighed with pleasure at a tale well told.I wish there was more but at least I have the prequels to get my teeth into! less
