review 1: Really wanted to like this more. There were some great supernatural elements to start - the visions were a nice touch. It just never manifested into anything. Some of the characters were vaguely likeable but mostly their behavior didn't make sense. At the end of every chapter, it's "This time I'll make her talk." "Nope, not talking." This makes things boring for your reader very quickly. You really do have to deliver on the promise of your plot. If, as an author, you ever find that your characters' behavior has no discernable motivation beyond "The plot dictates that they act in this manner" then you need to make some changes.
review 2: 3 stars because the "supernatural" parts should have been enforced a fraction of the amount that the gratuitous cussing is! I
... moret's not a supernatural story as much as it is a crime drama. Readers I saved you the trouble...there are 5 main cuss words used consistently throughout the story, several in just one paragraph. Sh** =17 counts; bi*** =12; bas**** =16; HE** =53; and DA** =50!! in total, these words really detracted from the story. less

Found the concept of someone with the ability to detect another's aura very creepy but fascinating.
