review 1: It took me two days to get through it, but it wasn't a hard read. I was confused because the library had a 'fantasy' sticker on the side, so I kept reading because I was hoping the ending would have an alien or something to redeem the boring and superficial characters. Nope. I'd gladly retell the character's story and the consequences of their actions but I WOULD NOT recommend it to anyone. Also, I felt like the author went too in depth about the "English teacher's" theories on Crime & Punishment :/
review 2: Michael used to be in the A class of his school but due to his lack of potential her got moved down to the F class. The F class is full of outcasts that are looked down upon the school. One of Michael's friends, Tommy, gets in trouble for making a scene in
... more class and gets sent to the office, but he never returned to his classes. What in the world happened to him? He wouldn't answer his phone either. I personally found this book interesting yet in some points the plot was very weird. The thing with the barrels really threw me off. And some scenes were a bit disturbing. Over all the story was very thrilling and I liked the sort of suspense that the book gave me. I give it 4 stars. less

The boys' friendship stood out to me. Like THE OUTSIDERS and MY CHEMICAL MOUNTAIN. Good stuff.
