review 1: This is the first time in all my years of reading that i DNF!!.... And it wasn't because it was the worst book I've ever read...but it does fall into the category of books previously read by me where i was extremely irritated by the lack of character development and bad...bad porn sex....decided to save myself the grief....it becomes extremely hard to read a poorly written story when your mostly recently read books were pretty darn good.....le sigh....
review 2: Sophia's sister was bitten and turned into a wolf shifter by a rouge wolf. She has found her mate and seems happy. But Sophia wants her to have a choice. So she has been secretly working on a cure. Sophia used two different samples during her research. Feline shifter DNA and Wolf Shifter DNA. She has an... more accident in her lab and sticks herself with both needles. The next day strange things start happening. Then she runs into Chase at her sisters house. She becomes tongue tied when he is around so she always just walks away. But now Chase seems very interested in her and she just can't understand.Chase has had a thing for Sophia since he has met her. His wolf recognizes her as his mate but he has not claimed her because she does not seem to like him. Every time she see's him she leaves the room. When she comes over her sisters for a barbeque he is extremely drawn to her. And he can see some differences and he smells both animals in her and the fact that she is in heat. He can't stop himself now. He will have her. But he also needs to keep her safe. What she has been working on it will put her in danger.Loved it! I love Chase and Sophia. They are probably one of my favorite couples out the books of Milly's that I have read so far. Sophia is a major brain and I love that Chase loves that about her.
