review 1: Again, I just love the humor of Molly Harper and the snarky tone of Amanda Ronconi. I always enjoy the laugh out loud moments, and love seeing people look at me strangely at red lights. Jane is marvelous at holding it all together (sort of) and Gabriel is every undead girl's hero. Zeb and Jolene, along with the little whelps Janene and Joe, are adorable. And who wouldn't want Dick Cheney around at anytime? Looking forward to the next Jane saga.
review 2: Shame there's no 2,5 stars. For the story I'd give 3, it's funny and quirky. But all the eyerolling. In this book somebody is rolling his/her eyes 25 times. Twenty-five. I started to count when I wanted to stake the next one in the eye...Or then they're shrugging. Once even the two at the same time. "I roll... moreed my eyes and shrugged."Please, someone, tell the author to stop rolling everybodys eyes, and I'll certainly read the next one too. less
