review 1: Cuuuuuute. I read a review somewhere that gave me the impression that this was going to be really dumb and annoying? I'm so glad I didn't listen to that and picked it up anyways. I love Miku-chan! She's a bundle of rage and crushing, she reminds me of Helga from Hey Arnold. And Kyohei's cute, I can see why she likes him despite his being the most oblivious boy to ever oblive. Also she managed to confess this volume! The aforementioned review made me think it would be a never ending storyline of Miku expecting him to somehow magically know her feelings and being angry when he didn't and thus irritating me. Nope! I deeply love how it happened too, just casually slipping out. Why am I glad you're not dating another girl? "Well obviously because I like you" waitslow downI said... more that out loud TIME TO RUN AWAYAnd I love that when he rejects her is the one time she doesn't get mad because yeah, she knows he doesn't like her back, his clueless behaviour before was a hint. I am so pro this storyline with these characters. Adorbs love battles commence!(also omg the mangaka was in high school writing this, whaaaaaat. So impressed. I did not have a career in high school, I didn't even have a part time job)
review 2: This adorably funny, cute, and sweet Manga has me believing in romance (in books). Not only is this story relatable to any girl who's ever liked a boy, but the ultra-hansom Kyohei Fujioka even grabbed me by the heartstrings with his sparkling smile. The art is well-done while retaining the more adorable side of Manga and the story is compelling, believable, and quick-paced. Overall, this is a must read for those Manga fans out there who need a little flutter in their stomachs in time for Valentine's Day. I'll definitely be adding this series to my own bookshelf. less
