review 1: A very valuable book!Teachings on SUCCESS & FAILURE ; GOOD & EVIL ; CAUSE & CONSEQUENCE ; etc.THIS IS A MUST READ! THIS BOOK MAY CHANGE YOUR LIFE!HOW TO DEFEAT THE DEVIL!But , make sure you are ROOTED DEEPLY IN JESUS CHRIST before reading. It is important, to interpret what is being said in correct way. Jesus Christ is the only way and the savior of the world. This book, doesn't talk about Jesus, but other things. Just make sure to DISREGARD everything that does not comply with the scriptures.Take away all that is good and apply it. AMAZING 5/5
review 2: An utterly remarkable book, especially if you know Napoleon Hill. It will be most advantageous if you have read Think & Grow Rich since the context of how this book came about works from what you learn in that.
... more I'm amazed at what Napoleon Hill did with his life and what he accomplished with his mind. It is amazing that this should have been published in 1938, but because of fear and distrust Hill was advised not to publish it. And then further fear kept it from being publish for another 40 years after his death. It gives you chills thinking about it after you've read the book. I only wish that the courage was there to publish it when it was supposed to come out and seen what impact it could have had on our society. It would have truly changed the way the U.S. worked. Sadly, now, it has just been washed in with all of the other self-help books and discarded as another aged memoir. I really wish this had been highly advertised when it came out in 2011, maybe at least it could have had a shot at building speed. Now we will have to wait a couple generations before it has saturated to some top minds and analyzed/applied appropriately. What could have been. This is the first book in my life that I started to read and could not put down until I finished it (not including books I read for homework in one sitting and all that). I know I am probably unique in my opinion for this book, but it really captivated me from the start and I felt compelled to see it through to the end all at once (almost by my "other self" if you will). My desire for this masterpiece to enter our society's paradigm is so strong that I have to recommend it to absolutely everyone. I think it is fair to say this should sit next to the other well-known "adversary" dialogue of C.S. Lewis' The Screwtape Letters. It's worthy to sit on anyone's bookshelf that is serious about seeking truth and applying it to their life. It truly is a remarkable book.I just realized, this is the first time I have ever heard someone connect lacking initiate and drive with sinfulness. Hill's main argument is that the Devil works to make everyone drifters who do not know success and ultimately give up on success because they don't know how to seek it or even try to. less
