review 1: I'm giving 5 stars but my real wish was to make it a 100-star book! Neil Gaiman is definitely my favorite author of all - and I read a lot. I mean, A LOT! This speech / book should be given to all college graduates around the world, along with the message: don't worry, it will work out! Do whatever you chose to do with your heart, put all your soul in it, and it will be great! Don't be afraid of the deception and the failures, because they make victory taste better. And don't forget to look around you, because you're not alone with your fears and doubts! People tend to suffer in silence, but there's a different light in their eyes that can give away the hint. Just pay attention! From now on, this book will be a personal gift to all those who I care the most; and I really ho... morepe that they can see how brilliant it is, and how wonderful they are. Cheers Mr Gaiman, you nailed it again!
review 2: Incredibly motivating and inspiring book for any creative, or even just a person who believes that have a unique gift.I had heard this speech, and wasn't aware it was put into book form until I saw it at the library. As inspiring as the actual verbal form is/was, I do believe the book is even more so. I enjoyed the graphical placement of the words on each page, and the colors make the speech 'pop' as well.Alas, this is another book to add to my personal favorites to pick up and re-visit from time to time. less
