review 1: I had to give this five stars because I kept reading and reading this even though there are a couple of issues. This "LOST of comics" has long cranked up the WTF level to 11, but now 11 seems to only be the lowest level and things are just going a tad too crazy and wild. I've long lost track of what the present, past, and future are in this book. And I'm starting to wonder if Nick Spencer knows where he's going because honestly it feels like he's starting to paint himself into a corner. We'll see. Still a great read though.
review 2: Ok... Spencer is running the risk of ruining a good thing, here. This volume was supposedly the end of "Season One" which makes sense, as this book feel a lot like a "big reveal" TV series. Unfortunately, instead of explaining everyt
... morehing, Spencer takes this book into a heavily religious area and adds twenty more layers, instead of actually tying things together. Multiple storylines and characters do converge, but not in anyway that actually makes progress in understanding the actual plot. Events tie together, but explain nothing.I have no idea if this series is still in production. I'm most likely to find that he just never went back to writing this, which would be a shame, but not unexpected. It might be nearly impossible to wrap up a series as complex and promising something deeply profound, in any way that might actually deliver. We all know how LOST ended up, the fifth season ruining four brilliant years of set-up. I could see Morning Glories ending up the same way.Still... if it is being writting, I'll read it when it is collected. Just haven't seen the next volumes. Do they exist? less

(3.5) Esto cada vez se lía más. Se abren demasiados frentes, pero de momento pocas respuestas.

Another great volume in the story of these special students in this rather unconvential school.
