review 1: I really enjoyed this book and at this particular time in my life, I appreciated the hopeful reminders that things will, in fact, get better.One thing annoyed me though - the use of two names. There are thousands of combinations of names that an author can choose for her characters. If I were writing a book, I would want my characters to stand up to their name, be known for their own individual name, be respected under their name. The author chose to use the names "Scott Peterson" (murderer of his wife and child in California) and James Stewart (beloved American hero and actor)in her book. I don't understand why she chose to use these names, but shame of her for taking this route.
review 2: Downloaded this book for free on kindle, as it had 5 out of 5 rating. F... moreound the fist half full of saints & faith a bit too full on, but it got really good after that, then it all of a sudden ends, predictably at that!Was a book I found hard to put down, but was very disappointed by the beginning and end.Would recommend reading it as a free light read time filler, but I'm sure (or hope) there's many more books I would read first. less
