review 1: Um estilo de escrita interessante. O autor consegue em poucas páginas manter no leitor a curiosidade de saber o destino das personagens. Custa um pouco seguir a história, mas acabei por perceber que a narrativa decorre em diferentes épocas. Há um certo mistério na história, perseguição, talvez maltrato, medo, incerteza. Uma nostalgia pelo amor não vivenciado... Livro para ler e refletir... Sem pressa.
review 2: This must be the third Modiano novel I read and as with the previous ones, I am not quite sure what to think of it. There's no real story, no real introduction, no definite ending. The book only captures a moment in the lifetimes of the two main characters, but we learn very little about who they are, what goes on in their separate lifes, most q... moreuestions remain unanswered, ...
