review 1: This book is the second in a trilogy. When we last left Lauren she had sworn off Alexander. It doesn't take long for the two to reunite. Shortly after the reconciliation, a major tragedy befalls Alexander, leaving Lauren to help pick up the pieces. The second book has different trajectory from the first but I really enjoyed it. It does end on a big cliffhanger and I can't wait for the third installment!
review 2: Another addictive read from Pippa Croft. Book #2 in the Oxford Blue series is just as fast-paced and sexy as the first. It was great to follow the fresh ups and downs of the passionate relationship between Alex and Lauren and what a cliffhanger ending! The story made me smile, frown, feel sad and have to take a cold shower! Plus Croft's skilful charact... moreer-building meant that I've come to care about what happens to fiery couple. A very enjoyable read. less
