review 1: This is not really a review of the book yet, but I just wanted to comment on something about the book & then I'll add the review a little later. I noticed this as being labeled under "short story". It kind of bothers me that something that's 144 pages would be considered a short story. I thought a short story used to be anywhere from 1,000-4,000 words & is now 1,000-20,000 (or 20 pages, according to Wikipedia). :((
review 2: O.o Estoy basicamente sin palabras... esto fue... SUMAMENTE ASOMBROSO!!ADAM! OH ADAM! tengo tanto que decir y tan pocas manera de expresarme...1.- Numero Uno, ella!! ELLA.! creo que si Uno seguirira viva, seria la.mejor aamiga de Seis..! Me encanto Uno!! en serio!! 2.- Adam dio toda su lucha hasta el final para que su amiga siguiera con vid... morea en su cerebro, pero Uno tenia otra intencion... AHORA PARA QUE SE LES QUEDE EL OJO CUADRADO, UN MOGADORIANO SALVO AL PADRE Y AL HIJO!! COMO TE QUEDO EL OJO CUATRO??! EH? EH? EH? okay, so once again, my emotions are clouding my judgement. i find that my prejudices are very much alive with this series. i never cared much for sam goode (because i feel like he's stealing six away from four and all that) but i am completely in love with adamus. so i'll give this book 4 stars because adamus is amazing. he kind of reminded me of matched where the girl (can't remember her name) is a sorter. i don't know. i find there to be something fairly comforting when i get to cross reference the books i've read. there's also the one-adamus doomed relationship going on, because you know, one is dead. i don't know, i find it interesting, not to mention the revelation of one being a figment of adamus' imagination (shutter island and we were liars, anyone?) i got through the book quickly though, so there's a plus in that. it was a book that wasn't hard to read, i'll give it that.

I'll sum it all up and say I loved it. It's thoroughly enjoyable, just like the rest of this short series, but this one is from a very interesting point of view, and even though it was merely 60 pages or so, mr. Lore was able to give so much to it that, honestly, kept me hooked all the time. At first, in the previous story, I was rather worried that Adam might not be the only Mog who's not bloodthirsty and barbaric; I mean we needed to have characters we utterly despise, that's why the Mogs' nature should not be altered; they should just be destroyed. But Adam is a unique character, and I'd love to read more about him. In other words, this short story is a success. And it fueled up my excitement about reading The Fall of Five now that it's finally come out! I hope the author keeps writing more of these awesome short stories
