review 1: I must make a disclaimer that I can't review one of Rachael's books without severe bias. The woman is one of my favorite authors in-person, and I love her wholehearted, clean approach to romance. Rachael is a true romantic, and Minor Adjustments is yet another showcase of her wry humor and fully formed characters. I read this book in one night. When you need a lighthearted and sweet tale of two people finding love in the most unlikely of circumstances, this is a great fit!
review 2: I really enjoyed reading this book - 4.5 stars. I tend to like fantasy a bit more than reality, but this story pulled me right in. I loved visualizing the Australian sights the characters visited. The main character, Devon, changed so much after getting to know a cute 4-year old ... moreboy. It was amazing. Honestly, I did not anticipate what he was going to do back in Chicago after returning to the states. I don't think I could have done it. Cool guy. The last 100 pages flew by. A very satisfying ending. Clean read for 14 & up. No swear words. No violence. less
