** spoiler alert ** This was an awesome end to a really fun series. The Travis Chase series is a bit unique from other action series in that the main character takes a backseat at times to the sci-fi world the books take place in. This final book of the trilogy answers most all of the questions about the mysterious breach and entities that drive the plots of the three books.
I could nitpick and say the science at the end was a bit hokey, or that *spoiler alert* a large portion of this book doesn’t even take place within the actual story, or that Chase continues his ability at besting trained killers with ease, but none of that stuff bothered me. The returning cast of characters along with the plot connections from the first two books kept me very involved.
