Abbe Rolnick and The Wednesdays

This week on Bellingham Art Beat is the author Abbe Rolnick. You’ll enjoy hearing her story of secret writing up in trees as a girl, and how her writing process developed into the indie-powerhouse it is today producing four novels, with a series in the works. Abbe also shares about how her many years living on Puerto Rico influenced her first novel. This author will inspire you to write!
In the Indie Showcase this week is the Bellingham band The Wednesday’s. We hear their political song “The State of Nature” off the 2017 album Mood. They describe their music as babe vibe/basement blues rock/femme punk.
