Becoming an Entrepreneurial Hero (1st Blog)

Hi fellow entrepreneurs!

This is my first post, how exciting! The reason I am starting this Blog is for a college assignment at BYU-I but I have decided to take it one step further and make this my motivation and journal zone for years to come.

I will be posting uplifting comments, articles, and anything I feel will be of value to me when those dark hard times inevitably come on the entrepreneurial journey.

So let’s get started with my first thought from Jeff Sandefer who discusses being an Entrepreneurial Hero:

The life of an entrepreneurial hero isn’t easier than a normal life—it’s more difficult. No hero’s journey is a cakewalk. Living life as an entrepreneurial hero means recognizing that life is hard, and that the greatest struggles bring the greatest meaning and the most powerful personal growth. And it means giving up the belief that life owes you something, and instead, win or lose, being determined to never give up, no matter what obstacles get in your way. It means being powerful enough to live independently, but wise enough to surround yourself with people of good character and people you love. Are you ready to choose that more difficult—but much more rewarding—path?

Jeff has given us a challenge, a call to action. He has ignited a flame in me and so now the goal is to find the courage to take this path and become the intrepid entrepreneur!
