Custom cake: Brick wall base, book with special message, and an agapanthus (Lily of the Nile) flower. Each brick is handcrafted from fondant, base is carrot cake with vanilla buttercream icing. Book is vanilla cake covered with fondant and dusted with bronze and gold. A purple fondant surround completes the base of the book. Agapanthus flower made from numerous individual sugar paste flowers/buds, and coloured with petal dusts.
