This isn’t a picture book. It is a book about drawing. It is basically an illustrator interview without the illustrator. Timothy Young shows the different ways you can make characters. He even shows how you can make multiple characters from the same scribble.
It is an interesting book for someone like me who would like to be an illustrator. The pages where he shows how he changes coloring is really cool.
This book would be great for an aspiring illustrator or a curious kid. Now i am off to scribble.
