I’ve been in the mood for fiction lately and came across this book via NYT bestsellers. It was exactly what I was looking for. A simple escape reading type of book that when I put it down I forget about it.
It’s the story of a family going through a difficult time due to infidelity. During the family vacation with friends to Mallorca, they begin to cope with their feelings. The book felt real in the emotions of the couples and their teenage daughter. However, I felt toward the end, the writer was getting bored with her story and quickly decided to wrap it all up with a nice bow.
