review 1: What can I say but that I love Sarah Eden books. I wish that the outcome of Sorrels possible surgery was known at the conclusion of this book. I guess I will have to read the next one. Her books are quick reads and I like to read some books of this type. Her story lines are always somewhat different with each book. Her characters are colorful. The main character in this one was what was termed a "dandy." One can always count on a sweet romance that is well written and yet free from bad language and explicit sex scenes.
review 2: I paid a lot more for this book than I normally would because the reviews were so good. I would like every penny back.The one true interesting part of the plot, about the possible repair of a long time injury for one of the main ... morecharacters, was never brought to conclusion and the spy plot was ridiculous. The author even built on all the many brothers linked to the lead character. Clearly as a means to have spin offs for other books.Two thumbs down. I haven't read a book I disliked this much in a long time. less
