Cute & Young Bath Bomb Gift Set

I enjoy a hot bath on occasion using bubble bath or salts for relaxation and muscle tension.  I’ve eyed bath bombs for quite some time but can’t bring myself to pay $5 or more for one bath!  No, it’s not lost on me that I spend a fair amount on skincare and makeup, but in all fairness they last a lot longer.  So when I had the chance to purchase this gift set from the brand at a reduced price in exchange for my review and opinion I decided to give them a go.

The set of six bath bombs are housed in an adorable box (which is perfect to use for storage, organizing, etc.).  The Amazon page indicates they are Vegan, handmade, all natural and organic.  The ingredient list below is from Amazon and I’m including a photo from the back of the box to show the list for each bath bomb.

Ingredients

Baking Soda, Citric Acid, Anhydrous, Sodium Sulfate, Dead Sea Salt, Epsom Salt, Kaolin Clay, Water, Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, Sunflower Oil, Lavender Flowers, Sandalwood Oil, Chamomile Oil, Ylang Ylang Oil, Black Pepper Oil, Lavender Oil, Eucalyptus Oil, Sweet Orange Oil, Bergamot Oil, Pepermint Oil, Juniper Oil, Rosemary Oil, Palmarosa Oil, Rose Oil, Lavender Flowers, Vitamin E.

The gift set includes an insert with information on each bath bomb and their benefits.

The bottom of the box also shows the manufactured and expiration dates, as well as the size of the bombs.

I used the “Don’t Worry” bath bomb which turned the bath water a pretty blue (as claimed my tub had no stains).  Smell is not my strongest sensory so I’m not going to try and identify which ingredients stood out to me other than it smelled good.

Did it help me relax more and restore my mental balance?  Mmmm…the scent wasn’t strong and the color was pretty, but I don’t feel comfortable stating that it helped with my mental balance (I’ve had a lot on my plate lately so I may need more than a hot bath for that to happen).

Would I repurchase at full price?  Yes.  They’re reasonably priced and much easier to use than bubble bath or oatmeal bath, plus I rather enjoy the colored water.  Thank you Cute & Young for allowing me to try out your product and introducing me to the world of bath bombs.

The bath set can be purchased for $15.95 USD (at the time of my writing this) and I do not earn any compensation for the link below, it’s for your convenience.

If you use bath bombs I’d love to hear which ones you love (or don’t).
