Wolf Henrikson had been waiting on a potential meeting but was stood up. He will be alright with the situation especially when he meets Olivia. He will save her from a bad date and whisk her off, and thing will only heat up from there.
Olivia Foster wanted the date from hell to end but she wasn’t able to be saved by her friend. Then she will get saved by a man who will have her wanting more, even though they had just met. Olivia will follow her feelings which will lead her down a path she never thought to follow.
Eyes on You is a novella in the series Blasphemy by Laura Kaye. Wow is the word when you read this. It was steamy and will make you wish you had Wolf in your life. I really thought Laura Kaye did a great job with this novella.
Wolf’s character was a dream man. He was protective, funny, hot and knew how to work his body and his partners. He was also kind and thoughtful to help someone in need. He was one of the masters of the club and his kink was voyeurism. Now with the kinks that are part of the club voyeurism has to be the least threatening one that would cause any harm to one person. The scenes between Wolf and Olivia are very steamy and written well. I liked Olivia’s character for taking a chance on the wild side. She had once expressed a fantasy to an ex and he laughed at her. That broke her desire to tell others. I liked that with Wolf she felt safe with him to express her desires.
Now I said the author did really well with this novella, but there would be one thing I would change and that would be the length. There is a conflict within the book with her ex-fiance and I kind of wanted more on that story line. I think there was potential to write more which would create more tension. Though for the novella it was well placed and gave enough satisfaction with the solution.
The next story to this series will be coming out this September.
