review 1: The cover of this book is deceiving - is not a biker or MC tale. Instead is a poignant story about two women overcoming tough childhoods, finding love, and triumphing over their pasts. Was a bit of a slow start and I hadn't anticipated there being two heroines but it became more intriguing and I really began liking the characters, their genuineness, and the overall thematic elements. This isn't an OTT steamy sexual love story, there's more at play than their romantic relationship(s), but I enjoyed it all the same. Will definitely be looking into future novels by this author.
review 2: Absolutely loved this book and story well-written loved the chemistry of this couple sensible school teacher Ella Lucas and football hero Jake Prince who had history together, Ell
